Lead Certification

Being lead certified is helpful in all jobs. Buildings built before 1978 could contain lead, even when you aren’t aware of it.  In addition, our lead training has made us a “very clean contractor,” since we are always mindful of dust and debris.

  3. Employees are trained as lead removal workers and each is lead certified.

S&R Remodeling Construction Tips:

Find out before you begin a project whether or not there will be sub-contractors working on your remodeling job. If there are, you should independently interview and approve each sub-contractor. This is YOUR project they are working on, and you are hiring them. Know who is going to be completing your remodeling job.
