Remodeling References

S&R will provide you with a two-page list of references that has over 75 names on it. Our reference list contains both recent jobs and older ones. Why do we do this? We feel that it if you call our clients from several years ago, it offers you a much better idea of how our work stands the test of time.

When choosing a contractor, never settle for one that gives you fewer than five references. Any contractor can select a few recent jobs to give you the impression that they’re doing good work. We put all of our customers on our reference list (except those who request to not be listed). That’s how confident we are of our work and our reputation.

It’s also a good idea to check with the Better Business Bureau. They have a section dedicated to Madison contractors, and you can call them or look on-line.
