Dohm Remodel

For the Dohm remodeling job, S and R was hired to update the living room, fireplace, kitchen and stairway to the basement. S and R updated the fireplace in the living room with natural limestone and a wood mantel. The second fireplace construction project included a tile fireplace front with natural wood. The construction updates to the stairs transformed the spindles from a country style to express more of an artistic style. We remodeled the bathroom to include a jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks. The kitchen remodel included natural wood cabinets and marble countertop installation.

Always get a WRITTEN contract before your remodeling project begins. Ask your contractor to specify materials, construction labor, final price, work schedules and completion dates. Ask the contractor to include warranties in the contract on any of the construction or remodeling work.
