S & R Remodeling has done a wide variety of home additions. Our employees are able to perform 90 percent of the work from the roof to the basement, giving us more control over the quality and completion-time of your project.

We use Marling Lumber to draw up your plans. Marling will credit you half the money back on your drawing fee if you buy the materials from them.  We’ve found Marling to be a fair-priced lumber yard with quality materials.

S & R Remodeling understands that the key to an attractive and valuable addition is blending the new construction with the old.  A cost value report from 2007 lists a two-story addition payback at over 70 percent.  That means you can build it and get most of your money back upon sale of the house.  And if you build it right, you could actually make money.
