Bathrooms Remodeling

Bathroom remodels are another of our specialties. Fixtures, tile, glass block, trim, paint — we do it all.  We only sub-contract the electrical and plumbing work.  Our preferred electrician, Mike Smith of Able Electric, has worked with us for 15 years. We have also worked with Benjamin Plumbing for 15 years. Benjamin is a well-known and respected name in the community.             

We‘ll help you design your new bathroom and suggest fixtures to avoid the pitfalls you may face if you use a less experienced remodeler or do it yourself. We occasionally run across customers who want to provide their own fixtures, such as bathtubs they’ve found through the Internet. Please keep in mind that if the tub cracks, you have to pay twice.  If we order and install the tub, any problems are covered by us. 

A good bath can literally start your day on a better note.  Put in a bright shiny bath and you can start your day on a high note every single day. You can typically recover at least 85 percent of the cost of your remodeled bathroom when you sell your home.  So why wait? Get it done now and then recover the money you spent when you sell.
