Tile
Tile is an art but at the same time the work must be meticulous. We have installed thousands of square feet of tile flooring. As remodelers, we work on many homes that are very old and out of square – which has actually made us better at what we do! When we come into a newer home it is extremely easy to get things straight. But In the long our experience with older homes has made us better tile installers on each construction project we do.
After 20 years we have tiled just about every kindn of surface. We have installed just about every tile and flooring product on the market. This has made us more proficient than other construction companies. All the tile work is done by S&R employees – we do not sub-contract this work out. Not many construction and remodeling companies have tile installers on staff. By doing tile work in house we can manage the details of the installation and ensure the success of the final project.

Ask potential contractors for images of completed construction or remodeling projects that you can see. Don't be afraid to ask to speak to past references. If it's possible, visit a complete remodeling or construction site where you can see the quality and craftsmanship first hand.
