Commercial Remodeling

SR Remodeling specializes in remodeling residential homes, and carries that same level of craftsmanship and attention to detail into our Commercial renovations.

Quality Construction Details

Our light-commercial work involves mostly build-outs versus ground-up, all new construction. We are typically more cost-effective than the big construction contractors, and the finish is better.

Perhaps you’ve noticed the substandard carpentry in some restaurants when dining out? We are used to doing fine work in peoples' homes and we carry that philosophy into our commercial remodeling jobs.  Most big contractors run so many workers through the project that the finished product lacks that fine finish and attention to details that S&R remodeling jobs have.

Commercial Building by Qualified Contractors

Most general contractors subcontract 70 percent of their work — sometimes up to 95 percent!  That’s a lot of hands in your cookie jar! Because we do nearly all of our construction work in-house, we can save you money and provide you a higher quality job where one set of construction contractors can take accountability for your entire project.

Please take a look at some of our commercial construction and remodeling photos and consider a site visit to inspect our quality.

Construction Tips

Compare Apples to Apples in Construction Quotes

When getting quotes for a construction or remodeling project, make sure you are comparing apples to apples. Ask all potential contractors to quote your remodeling project using the same construction materials as other contractors who are quoting. Not all building materials are the same - and some contractors use inferior products to slip in with the lowest bid.

Ask for photos of past construction work

Ask potential contractors for images of completed construction or remodeling projects that you can see. Don't be afraid to ask to speak to past references. If it's possible, visit a complete remodeling or construction site where you can see the quality and craftsmanship first hand.
